On August 20, 2018, Automotive Safety and Assessment Engineering Research Centre, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, leading by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saiprasit Koetniyom, lecturer of ASAE and Head of ASAE-RC, has received the pick-up rear tailgate from Toyota Motor Thailand. This equipment will be use in the research project on developing low cost side facing seats for pick-up truck. The prototype of the seats will be test under high impact condition to ensure the safety performance at ASAE-RC KMUTNB Prachinburi campus.
