TGGS visited Leibniz University Hannover, Germany

The TGGS delegation visited Leibniz University Hannover, Germany in order to renew the MoU and to start academic and research collaborations.

On May 3rd 2016, Asst. Prof. Dr. Monpilai Narasingha, TGGS Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekachai Juntasaro, TGGS Associate Dean for Research and Academic Service, Dr.-Ing. Chayakorn Netramai, TGGS Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs and Asst. Dr.-Ing. Suramate Chalermwisutkul, Advisory to the Dean, visited Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) to renew the MoU and to discuss about the academic and research activities between TGGS, KMUTNB and LUH.

TGGS delegation were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Jörg Wallaschek, Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ms. Laura Lenk, coordinator for international affairs of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ms. Yin Wang, coordinator for Asia, International Office. Prof. Dr. Wallaschek and Asst. Prof. Dr. Monpilai then signed the MoU which marks a new starting point for future activities between LUH and TGGS, KMUTNB.

The delegation then visited the Institute of Dynamics and Vibration Research where unique and impressive research work in the area of vibration analysis has been conducted and applied to various applications.

LUH was founded in 1831 by the scholar Karl Karmarsch as the “Higher Trade School of Hannover” which started with only 64 students. Today there are more than 25,000 students in the natural sciences and engineering, the humanities and social sciences as well as in law and economics.
