The TGGS delegation visited Bosch plants and R&D Centers in Nuremberg, Schwieberdingen and Stuttgart, Germany.
On May 10th 2016, Asst. Prof. Dr. Monpilai Narasingha, TGGS Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekachai Juntasaro, TGGS Associate Dean for Research and Academic Service, Dr.-Ing. Chayakorn Netramai, TGGS Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs and Asst. Dr.-Ing. Suramate Chalermwisutkul, Advisory to the Dean visited Bosch Machining and Assembly line of High Pressure Pump (HDP) and Industry 4.0 Application research center in Nuremberg, Germany. The delegation then visit the HDP labs and Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) facility in Schwieberdingen in the same day. The delegation also visited Bosch showroom for Industry 4.0 in Stuttgart-Feuerbach on May 11st 2016.
Bosch is a German engineering and electronics company which is one of the world's largest supplier of automotive components. One of its main products these days also include the high pressure pump which have been sold worldwide for millions of units. In 2015, Bosch signed MoU with TGGS, KMUTNB. Bosch Automotive Thailand also established a center at CRDC, TGGS, KMUTNB and has been participate various activities and collaborate intensely with the university.
